Mr. Schreiber represents clients with probate issues, in heirships, will construction, guardianships, litigation trusts and special needs trusts, eldercare issues, estate planning, and with fiduciary and guardianship administration and litigation. He is a frequent speaker to groups and organizations concerned with these matters, and mediates cases relating to his expertise. Mr. Schreiber serves as a board member and/or as an officer on several charitable foundations and provides them with legal advice.
