Brian M. Shahan:
Mr. Shahan began his legal career working for an Austin based Medical Device Company as an Associate Attorney and Regulatory Manager. Following his time in the Medical Device field, Mr. Shahan worked as a Field Landman in South Texas and West Texas conducting Title Examinations as well as Curative and Leasing efforts in the Eagleford Shale and Permian Basin. Mr. Shahan’s primary focus with Rash-Chapman is rendering oil and gas title opinions, division orders and other oil, gas and mineral related cases.
